Cancellation Policy

Please contact us 2-hours before your appointment for cancellations / rescheduling. There are times when appointments may be pushed back up to 15 minutes due to situations out of our control. ( If there is a time slot open we will try our hardest to fit you in ) WE HAVE A STRICT 2-HOUR CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY. You can make changes or reschedule any time before the 2-hour deadline. Any cancellations or rescheduling made after the 2-hour deadline will be charged full price for the service you scheduled. No exceptions, except for medical emergencies. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled outside of the 2-hour deadline will not be charged for their appointment. We charge for the time slot you’re booking. A no-show, last minute cancellation or rescheduling means your Barber will lose their earnings for that time slot. Please ensure you agree with our cancellation policy before you schedule an appointment with Tailor Cuts Barbershop. We appreciate your understanding and business.
